The 2012 Camp Hitaga confirmation and information packets include forms the camper and his/her parents need to complete and information the they need to know before arriving at Camp Hitaga.    Click on the title to download each packet.

Including:

"Dear Camper" letter from the Camp Director reviewing what needs to be done before camp.      
Life at Camp  information on Our Staff, Trading Post, Horseback Riding, Health Care at
                           Camp, Visitor policy, Refund policy and Sending Mail to your camper.    
 
What to Bring packing list for summer camp.
Getting to Camp arrival & departure times and information as well as a map & directions.


Complete and submit at least 2 weeks before check-in day:

Including:

Medical Information Form  (A doctor’s signature is not required)  
 
Camper "Letter to Counselor" Form
Parent "Information for Counselor" Form
 
Camper Behavior & Code of Conduct Form must be read and signed by each camper.
 
Permission for Horseback Riding at Camp Hitaga
This form that must be completed by the camper’s parent or guardian before a camper may ride a horse.  All Stirrups & Saddles campers must submit this form in advance.  Other campers may sign up for one or two optional horseback rides by submitting this form and $8/ride during check-in.
